37 bed general Med/Surg Unit Manager reports to a Director of Inpatient Services (the director oversees 2 Med/Surg Units, plus their ICU, stepdown/tele, and monitor room) Manager oversees about 50-60 direct reports including Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs or basically Assistant Nurse Managers), RNs, LPNs, Patient Care Techs37 bed general Med/Surg Unit Manager reports to a Director of Inpatient Services (the director oversees 2 Med/Surg Units, plus their ICU, stepdown/tele, and monitor room) Manager oversees about 50-60 direct reports including Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs or basically Assistant Nurse Managers), RNs, LPNs, Patient Care Techs Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) Must have a few years of acute hospital nursing experience (med/Surg, ICU, PCU, Tele type backgrounds) AND some Charge/Supervisor/Assistant Nurse Manager experience
