High School Diploma or GED Preferred Maintenance experience in long term care is Preferred HVAC, painting, plumbing, & dry wall experience preferred Experience/ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the public.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
